Maintenance agreements include one day of scheduled remote GoToAssist support per month. Additional support without maintenance agreement is available at $120 per hour with a 10 min minimum.

- Two-Way Screen Sharing: You can show me instead of telling me what's happening on your desktop, so we can get to the heart of the issue faster.
- Remote Control: With your permission, I can remotely take control of your desktop just as if I were sitting at your computer.
- File Transfer: Transfer drivers or other files for support.
- Live Chat: Chat in real time with you instead of staying on the phone the whole time.
- Annotation Tools: Both you and I can draw, highlight and point to items right on the screen.
- Reboot / Reconnect: If needed I can restart your computer and automatically reconnect.
- Session Report: Each session’s activity and notes are automatically tracked and includes the time connected.
Features not yet available with Mac Support include File Transfer, Annotation Tools and Unattended Support. Multi-Monitor Support and Multiple Sessions are also unavailable for sessions launched from a Mac. Reboot / Reconnect and Log In as Administrator can only be used to support PC users.
