A Sitemap consists of a list of pages and additional
information in a formatted xml file. 
Resources of a Resource (ROR) Sitemap allows you to
inform search engines about pages on your Web sites that are available for searching. 
ROR is a rapidly growing XML format for describing every object on a website so any search engine can better understand its content. 
A Sitemap promotes the concept of structured feeds
enabling search engines to complement text search with structured
information to better understand meaning. 
A search index for your Web site can be created for

An OPML file (Outline Processor Markup Language) is
for RSS Feeds, it allows search engines to find your website faster.

engines is an important part of a web site marketing strategy.
Search engine ranking placement is how high you rank
on a keyword in a search in a search engine. 
Not all keywords have the same benefits, choosing the
right keywords are a very important part in marketing your Web site. 
In my most successful Web site the best keyword gets
only about 3% of total traffic and search engine ranking placement is one way to partially measure the success of a Web site.

3. Agree to the Terms of Service and finish installation.
4. Select the appropriate Sync Option and time interval.
